Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

Payment is due at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Custom Wig Orders
Custom wigs are made just for you — using your specific head measurements, cap choice, and hair color selection.
Because of the personalized nature of these pieces, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need to cancel a custom order before production begins, we’re happy to refund you in full.
If production has already started, a portion of your payment may be withheld to cover the costs of materials and labor already used.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on ready-to-ship wigs, as long as:

You contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

The wig is returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date.

The wig is in brand new condition — lace uncut, tags still attached, no signs of wear, damage, or product (including makeup, perfume, or styling spray).

All original packaging and any free items are included.
Custom wigs and wigs with pre-cut lace are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from Calgary, Alberta, Canada using express tracked shipping for all orders.
Shipping is charged at checkout:

USA & International: Flat rate of $60 USD

Within Canada:

Calgary: $12 CAD
-
Rest of Canada: $22 CAD

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.
Customs & Import Fees
If you're ordering from outside of Canada, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes when your order arrives.
These fees are set by your local government and are your responsibility as the buyer.
We do our best to pack and label your order clearly to help minimize unexpected charges, but we can't control how your country processes international shipments.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier. We’re not responsible for delays, customs holds, or packages lost due to incorrect address info.
If your package is delayed or missing, we’ll gladly assist in helping you track it down through the shipping carrier.
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you share with us is used solely to process your order and provide a smooth shopping experience.
