💜 Custom Wig Policy
We pour love, care, and expertise into every custom wig we make — and we want you to feel just as excited about your order as we are. Because each custom wig is handcrafted using your selected style, color, cap fit, and measurements, these orders are treated a little differently than our ready-to-ship pieces.
❗ Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Custom wigs are made specifically for you — using your selected color, style, cap construction, and sizing. Because of the time and materials involved, and the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want you to feel confident in your choices, so if you’re unsure about:

⏳ Production Timelines
Every custom piece is handmade from start to finish, and production times vary slightly depending on cap construction, length, density, and hair color.

Standard production: approximately 12–15 weeks.

Rush production: approximately 9–11 weeks, with an added rush fee to prioritize your order in the queue (30% upcharge).
If you’d like to request a rush order, please mention it on your Custom Order Form or in your initial email — I’ll confirm availability and provide a custom quote.
Each wig is created with care and attention to detail, and I’ll keep you updated as your piece progresses.
🚫 Cancelling a Custom Order
Because each custom wig is made-to-order and production starts quickly, we are not able to cancel orders once payment has been made.
We know that ordering something custom can feel like a big decision — so please be sure of your selections before completing your purchase. If you’re feeling unsure, we’re more than happy to answer any questions before purchase.
